Is John Stewart the only true journalist in America?

Good question. I'm glad I posed it.

The reason I'm posing the question is simple. It would seem the real story in America isn't the news. It's the fact that every bastion of journalism in America reports the identical story. It's absurd.

It's so obvious: Fox, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, Washington Post, etc., etc. have a coordinated message. They are all reporting what they want the American people to think about. (propogandizing, if you will) They pose the questions they want you to be thinking about. Regardless of how stupid and pointless those questions may be.

The point is, these networks are serving to guide the American people into a particular way of thinking.

Without saying it, they have acknowledged the fact that we Amercians do not have a free and independent press in America.

The free press is infiltrated. End of story.

My advice: If you are looking for truth, don't watch TV.

90% of the journalists on TV have shown that aren't journalists at all. They are actors pretending to be journalists. They are taking assignments from the "higher ups" without questioning, and they are reporting what they are told to report.

That means, if all the networks are sending out a coordinated messages, journalists aren't acting through their hearts, nor are they seeking truth. In effect, if you listen to them and believe them, you're letting yourself become brainwashed by them because not only is the story one that's foisted off on the journalist, but it's also slanted in the particular way the network wants you to receive it.

It's probably a good idea to turn off the TV altogether.

If you don't want to turn it off, at least realize you are watching a concerted propaganda effort or mindless entertainment and just recognize it for what it is. Then, get your news from YouTube or some place like that.
