Laugh it up Obama, Pelosi, and Biden, we know you're lying criminals who are just trying to create more taxes in the name of fake science

FYI, there is no Global Warming, but there are criminals holding the highest offices in the land.

Slavery in U.S. Prisons—Interview with Robert King & Terry Kupers

“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT AS PUNISHMENT FOR A CRIME whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.” –13th Amendment, 1865.

In other words, the 13th Amendment is an extension of slavery.

An 18,000-acre former slave plantation in rural Louisiana, the infamous Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola is the largest prison in the U.S. Today, with African Americans composing over 75% of Angola’s 5,108 prisoners, prison guards known as “free men,” a forced 40-hour workweek, and four cents an hour as minimum wage, the resemblance to antebellum U.S. slavery is striking. In the early 1970s, it was even worse, as prisoners were forced to work 96-hour weeks (16 hours a day/six days a week) with two cents an hour as minimum wage. Officially considered (according to its own website) the “Bloodiest Prison in the South” at this time, violence from guards and between prisoners was endemic. Prison authorities sanctioned prisoner rape, and according to former Prison Warden Murray Henderson, the prison guards actually helped facilitate a brutal system of sexual slavery where the younger and physically weaker prisoners were bought and sold into submission. As part of the notorious “inmate trusty guard” system, responsible for killing 40 prisoners and seriously maiming 350 between 1972-75, some prisoners were given state-issued weapons and ordered to enforce this sexual slavery, as well as the prison’s many other injustices. Life at Angola was living hell — a 20th century slave plantation.

Black Panthers Robert Hillary King, Albert Woodfox, and Herman Wallace are known as the “Angola Three.” Woodfox and Wallace were co-founders of a Black Panther Party chapter at Angola in the early 1970s. These Panthers saw life at Angola as modern-day slavery and fought back with non-violent hunger strikes and work strikes. Prison authorities were outraged by the BPP’s organizing, and retaliated by framing these three BPP organizers for murders that they did not commit. Woodfox and Wallace were both framed for the 1972 stabbing death of white prison guard Brent Miller, and have now spent over 37 years in solitary confinement. King was framed for a 1973 murder of another prisoner, and spent 29 years in solitary confinement until he was released from in 2001 after his conviction was overturned.

This new video released by Angola 3 News is the third part of an interview conducted with Robert King and Terry Kupers in October 2009, in Oakland, CA. when King was in town for Black Panther History Month. In the first two parts King and Kupers discussed the psychological impact of imprisonment (watch here). In this new video, Robert King and Dr. Terry Kupers, argue that slavery persists today in Angola and other U.S. prisons, citing the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which legalizes slavery in prisons as “a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted.” As King says: “You can be legally incarcerated but morally innocent.”

Dr. Terry Kupers, M.D., M.S.P. wrote the introduction to Robert King’s 2008 autobiography entitled From the Bottom of the Heap: The Autobiography of Robert Hillary King, and is Institute Professor at The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. Dr. Kupers is a psychiatrist with a background in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, forensics and social and community psychiatry. His forensic psychiatry experience includes testimony in several large class action litigations concerning jail and prison conditions, sexual abuse, and the quality of mental health services inside correctional facilities. He is a consultant to Human Rights Watch, and author of the 1999 book entitled Prison Madness: The Mental Health Crisis Behind Bars and What We Must Do About It.

This video features archival photos from the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by Wall Street Journal editor Douglas A. Blackmon, entitled Slavery By Another Name: The Re-Enslavement of Black Americans from the Civil War to World War II.

Is it time for the Second American Revolution?

The Supreme Court rules corporations can give any amount of money to political campaigns, but this wasn't the beginning of the Supreme Court's corporate selling-out of We the People.

For example, the 14th Amendment was intended to secure equal rights for the newly freed slaves. Instead, between 1890 and 1910—304 court cases were brought before the Supreme Court under the 14th Amendment. 288 of the 304 were brought on behalf of corporations [95%]. The other 19 were brought by black people.

In other words, the powers of business, led by the Rockefellers and the Rothchilds, did not give a damn about the poor or minorities. It’s clear what the corporate interests are. The swing of power has been on the side of the elite longer than any of us has been alive and it’s because of the criminal minded men in the Supreme Court, Congress, and the White House.

The time for starting a Revolution for the We the People has long since passed. Corporations have been having their way with the American people for more than 100 years.

It’s way passed time We the People created a new Amendment that destroys corporations in their current form or they will be the end us all.

It’s way passed time We the People created a new Amendment that destroys the Federal Reserve and permanently restores Sound Constitutional Money.

It’s way passed time We the People created a new Amendment that creates a Balanced Budget Amendment that puts the power to declare Bankruptcy on this insane $12 Trillion National Debt that no American outside the criminals in Washington want any part of.

It’s way passed time We the People created a new Amendment that creates a fair tax system that abolishes the unconstitutional IRS.

It’s time America started spending tax dollars on Americans instead of handing $1.5 dollars every damn year to the Military Industrial Complex and the National Debt. We could easily have a fantastic healthcare system and college educations for EVERY AMERICAN WITHOUT DEBT.

America needs a New Bill of Rights Revolution of, for, and by We the People, and it just so happens there’s book titled the New Bill of Rights Revolution on lulu.com for $17.76 that you can buy right now that outlines such a plan.

The American Matrix—The Age of Deception

The American Matrix - Age Of Deception (2010)

The Supreme Court makes a great argument for disbanding the current Supreme Court

The headline today is the Supreme Court says corporations can directly give money directly to the candidates of their choice—

The Supreme Court is saying, "Disallowing corporations from buying off politicians would infringe on the corporations Freedom of Speech."

It took less than 3 nano seconds to figure out what a colossal dumb-fuck "decision" the Supreme Court has made.

Here's why: We the People pay our taxes under duress! We the People do not get Freedom of Speech when it comes to paying our taxes.

We the People can pay our taxes or go to jail! And now, We the People lose more of our freedom because the corporation can give billions [buy off] politicians to do whatever the corporation wants the politicians to do with OUR tax dollars!

Therefore, the Supreme Court is saying the corporation gets Freedom of Speech and We the People don't.

Plan and simple, this was one of the stupidest and most revolting "decisions" the Supreme Court has made.

Works Sucks!

Invictus

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Ron Paul Powerful Speech - A Call for Revolution?

The title of my special order tonight is “Current Conditions or Just a Bad Dream.”

Could it all be a bad dream or a nightmare?

Is it my imagination or have we lost our minds?

It’s surreal. It’s just not believable...a grand absurdity...a great deception...a delusion of momentous proportions based on preposterous notions and ideas whose time should never have come. Simplicity grossly distorted and complicated. Insanity passed off as logic. Grandiose schemes built on falsehoods with the morality of Ponzi and Madoff.

Evil described as virtue. Ignorance pawned off as wisdom. Destruction and impoverishment in the name of humanitarianism.

Violence the tool of change. Preventive wars used as a road to peace. Tolerance delivered by government guns.

Reactionary views in the guise of progress.

An empire replacing the republic.

Slavery sold as liberty.

Excellence and virtue traded for mediocrity.

Socialism to save capitalism...a government out-of-control...unrestrained by the Constitution, the rule of law, or morality. Bickering over petty politics as we enter chaos.

The philosophy that destroys us is not even defined.

We have broken from reality…a psychotic nation...ignorance a pretense of knowledge replacing wisdom.

Money does not grow on trees, nor does prosperity come from a government printing press or escalating deficits.

We’re now in the midst of unlimited spending of the People’s money, exorbitant taxation, deficits of trillions of dollars spent on a failed welfare warfare system.

An epidemic of cronyism.

Unlimited supplies of paper money equated with wealth.

A central bank that deliberately destroys the value of the currency in secrecy without restraint...without nary a whimper, yet cheered on by the pseudo-capitalists on Wall Street, the Military Industrial Complex, and Detroit.

We police our world empire on 700 bases in 130 countries around the world. A dangerous war now spreads throughout the Middle East and Central Asia. Thousands of innocent people being killed as we become known as the torturers of the 21st Century.

We assume that keeping the already known torture pictures from the public’s eye, we’ll be remembered as a generous and a good people. If our enemies only want to attack us because we are free and rich, proof of torture would be irrelevant.

The sad part is we have forgotten what made America great, good, and prosperous.

We need to quickly refresh our memories and once again reinvigorate our love, understanding, and confidence in Liberty.

The status quo cannot be maintained considering the current conditions.

Violence and lost liberty will result in some revolutionary thinking.

We must escape from the madness of crowds now gathering.

The good news is the reversal is achievable through peaceful and intellectual means.

And fortunately the number of those who care are growing exponentially.

Of course, it could all be a bad dream...a nightmare, and that I’m seriously mistaken, over-reacting, and that my worries are unfounded. I hope so! But just in case, we ought to prepare ourselves for revolutionary changes in the not too distant future.

Nobel Peace Prize Winner Obama Orders $741 Billion For 2 Wars of American Aggression in 2010!

FYI, instead of bringing our young men and women home, Obama choose to escalate America's Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. The budget was $708, but that wasn't good enough. So Obama is asking for an extra $33 billion.

Instead of bringing our troops home and paying off debt and spending tax dollars on the American people, Obama chooses to fight elective wars, FYI.

Nancy Pelozi wants prison terms for people who refuse to write a check to for-profit healthcare

Notice in true dictator fashion she walks off without answering the guy's questions. She's there to DICTATE, not answer questions, and she clearly states there will be prison terms.

So let's clarify.

It costs $30 thousand a year to put someone in America's for-profit prison system. Naturally, if one were operating one of America's prisons, one would be jumping for joy at the prospect of getting thousands of new cash infusions....oops, I mean, inmates, which will be the case when this legislation passes.

Moreover, Americans pay a third of their income ALREADY in the Income Tax. $1 trillion of that third [40%] goes into the pockets of America's for-profit Military Industrial Complex, which is 10 TIMES more money spent than ANY COUNTRY in the world. In other words, Americans choose to spend 10 TIMES more money on the military than any country in the world RATHER THAN provide healthcare for the hard working tax paying Americans.

Instead of being responsible with the TRILLIONS already in Congress' hands by spending that money on healthcare, Congress chooses to create NEW burdens [prison terms] for Americans. In other words, Congress and the President choose to fight 2 ELECTIVE WARS of aggression RATHER THAN pay for America's Healthcare.

That's not all. Congress and the Presidents [Reagan, Clinton, Bush 1 & 2, Obama] have chosen to create $12 TRILLION of National Debt because the $20 TRILLION given to the Military Industrial Complex over the last 60 years hasn't been enough dough to satisfy this ravenous beast that "only wants to protect poor helpless Americans." Another 20% of YOUR TAX DOLLARS goes towards paying the interest on THEIR National Debt because no one asked you, if you wanted to create that debt.

So, let's recap. American politicians only support WARS, DEBT, and PRISON TERMS.

American politicians do not support Human Rights. The word RIGHTS never exits their mouth because it would have to coincide with equality and fairness, but that's not what they support. Americans politicians are the agents of America's for-profit corporate aristocracy, which seeks to enslave every man, woman, and child in America.

You can vote for the Democrats, WHO RECEIVE BILLIONS FROM FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS IN CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS.

Or, You can vote for the Rebublicans, WHO RECEIVE BILLIONS FROM FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS IN CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS.

READ THIS: “There exists in this country a plot to enslave every man, woman, and child. Before I leave this high and noble office I intend to expose this plot!” ~John F. Kennedy

This is what I'm talking:

Americans do not have the Right to have a Congress that creates sound money that doesn't devalue year after year.

Americans do not have the Right to have a tax system that taxes equally and fairly.

Americans do not have the Right to have a Congress that balances the budget every year.

Americans do not have the Right to have a Congress that takes our tax dollars and spends OUR money on services like healthcare and college educations. [according to America's political elite YOUR tax dollars are reserved for DEBT, PRISONS, and WAR]

In other words, WE THE PEOPLE ARE SLAVES to a political system that sees WE THE PEOPLE as stupid peasants who do not have ANY RIGHTS.

WE THE PEOPLE'S only choice is to continue supporting this system of enslavement, OR WE THE PEOPLE can stand up for our RIGHTS.

I have written a book, "The New BIll of Rights Revolution" where I outline the next 10 Amendments to the Constitution.

There's a solution against those who would enslave us all, and it's called standing up for your RIGHTS.

Yahoo's disturbing articles about the new "Healthcare Reform" sparks my rage

http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/20100108/us_time/08599195214700

^^That's the link here^^

If you don't know, Time magazine belongs to the Rockefellers. Pretty much everything evil in America points to the Rockefellers. So naturally, I wasn't surprised when I read this article was originally published on Time.com, and the fact that Yahoo is putting it on its front page is telling of Yahoo's role.

So, I'm reading this article, and I'm noticing the most important part: what's not written in the article. The article is a diversionary article. They are talking about healthcare, but I noticed the word "Human Rights" is never mentioned. This seems odd, does it not?

Consider, your health is your health. How you choose to take care of your body is your Right! Is it not?

Your health does not belong to the government, but here is Uncle Sam about to dictate to every American what there health practices will be.

Notice too, nothing you've read anywhere, including this article, do you hear any politicians saying:

1. You have the Right to choose treatment options.
2. You have the Right to practice preventive medicine.
3. You have the Right to have the tax dollars you are already paying go towards healthcare.

THIS IS ANOTHER POWER GRAB because nowhere is the word Right is never mentioned because this healthcare issue they're pushing has nothing to do with YOUR RIGHTS. It has everything to do with the government gaining more power!

To clarify further, Uncle Sam takes third every American's income [your money] and gives over $1,000,000,000,000.00 dollars [that's $1 trillion] every year to the for-profit Military Industrial Complex. Then, Uncle Sam takes another $500,000,000,000 dollars [that's half a trillion, or $500 billion] to pay interest on the involuntary National Debt because the $1 trillion funneled into the pockets of the for-profit military isn't enough money! So now, every tax paying American is now $100,000 in debt thanks to Uncle Sam's involuntary National Debt.

In other words, the politicians in Washington, who receive billions from health insurance companies [every member of Congress] isn't interested in solving problems or being responsible. They are not about providing services with the money that stealing from you. They are merely the agents of the FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS, who own Washington.

So, in terms of your healthcare, the word Right is never mentioned. You just pay a third of your income in taxes and SHUTUP. You pay for your health insurance and SHUTUP. [this is the modus operandi of a dictatorship, btw]

So now, in regards to your healthcare, if you don't want to take Liptor....too damn bad, you either take it, or we jack up your insurance rates, and if you stop paying your mandatory health insurance, that's fine, literally. The IRS will be happy to make sure you pay your fine. See how lovely the new system works?

Isn't this the kind of oppression the Founding Fathers revolted against?

Notice too, this article says absolutely nothing about the mandate to buy insurance. [Clearly,
TIME doesn't want Americans dwelling on how oppressive being forced to pay for health insurance ontop of already paying a third in Income Tax is.]

In other words, this article is propaganda in the purest sense. The article is saying without saying, "Think about Healthcare, but don't think about how you are about to reamed without lubrication."

I can only imagine every American is outraged by a government DICTATE to buy Health Insurance. I cannot think of a single American who is in favor of creating fines and prison terms for people who refuse to buy health insurance...well, actually I can—If I was the CEO of a for-profit health insurance company, my wildest wetdream would be for every American to be forced to buy health insurance from my company at the price that I set and face fines or imprisonment for not doing so, which is soon likely going to be the case.

Isn't it amazing what a couple of hundreds of million bucks to grease the right palms will buy you from Congress these days?

Moreover, people, who follow my blog have heard me bitch about how Yahoo News is really just a propaganda machine. This article is the prime example. This article conveniently talks about healthcare without talking about the issues that will have every America grabbing torches and pitchforks. Apparently, from TIME's and Yahoo's perspective Americans should be thinking about Regulatory Burdens, Medicaid, and Insurance Exchanges as if people give a crap about that. In other words, DON'T think about how bought off politicians are implementing something evil that's going to create new taxes and how the government is about start dictating your health choices to you while not having the decency to use the third of your income they are already TAKING WITHOUT CONSENT!

The sad thing is most Americans are too dumb to even read the article and see through the horsecrap and figure out what's wrong with it. They don't realize the Rockefellers are apart of a conspiracy to turn every man, woman, and child into slaves.

The even sadder thing is there is a corporate aristocracy in America—people like the Rockefellers. They don't give a damn about We the People. They care about their own wealth and power. They are directing the direction of this country. Every move they make reveals how selfish and heartless they are, and most Americans just sit back and take it. They watch football, NASCAR, golf, go shopping, and all manner of superficial nonsense.

It would be so easy to expose and topple these dickweeds, if Americans started thinking for themselves. If Americans recognized propaganda and started thinking in terms of their own personal Rights, We the People could restore our country.

Realize, if someone else's Rights were being trampled in America, it's the same as having everyone's Rights trampled on. Realize, NO ONE should be DICTATING anything to Americans about healthcare.

Forget this Democrat and Republican nonsense. Both parties receive BILLIONS from for-profit corporations. The real battle isn't getting these two bought-off sides to agree on issues. The real battle in this country IS NOT Al Qaida.

We the People's real battle is against the for-profit corporate aristocracy that pays billions to Congress to do their bidding, and the fact that Congress goes along with this program!

The real battle is against the U.S. Government that stuffs the pockets of the for-profit Military Industrial Complex [corporate aristocracy] with TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

The real battle is against the U.S. Government that puts We the People in so much debt our grandchildren will be paying it off after we are long gone.

There are big issues in America.

Americans can't solve the healthcare issue without solving the tax issue.

Americans can't solve the healthcare issue without solving the debt issue.

Americans can't solve any issues really without talking about Rights.

In other words, America's framework to solve America's big issues is lacking. Americans lack the proper Rights to deal with the National Debt, the ravenous Military Industrial Complex, and the Corporate Aristocracy that doesn't give a rats ass about the American people.

To compound the complexity of this issue, you have these douchebags in Washington—they're called Democrats and Republicans, and they spend hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries—an eternity talking about total non-issues instead of discussing something substantial like the Constitutional Rights for each and every American.

Democrats and Republicans could be talking about each American's Right to have sound money, fair taxes, zero debt, healthcare, college educations, non-corrupt representatives in Washington, NOT HANDING 50% of all taxes over the for-profit Military Industrial Complex, etc...etc...etc...wouldn't that be revolutionary?

To get a better idea of what I'm talking about, you can click the link at the top of my blog, and you can buy my book: The New Bill of Rights Revolution
