Saunas key to radiation detoxification

The human body is over 70% water.

Sweat glands cover 98% of the human body.

Do the math.

If you can sit in a sauna, you can cycle the fluids out of the body. Thus, you can sweat out radiation.

Does this make sense?

There's no reason anyone should remain radioactive given this practical bit of information.

Shock is Law

(TheExcavator) – The battle for the hearts and minds of America and the West was the first battle in the war on terror, and remains the most important battle nine and a half years after the 9/11 attacks.

Winning the hearts and minds was number one on the Bush administration’s hidden agenda for war across the Middle East. The best way to get people of a free and democratic society to support aggressive wars against other nations is by using false flag terrorism against them, and blaming it on foreigners. This is what the Bush administration successfully did when it staged 9/11, and falsely accused Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda for the attacks.

Terror shakes people up, and makes them irrational and emotional. Tricksters and tyrants love terror because they love compliant, unquestioning, and fearful people to rule over. It makes their job a lot easier. False flag terrorism can be understood as a form of shock and awe that governments use against their own people to get popular support for their radical domestic and foreign policies. Here is the basic definition of shock and awe:

a military doctrine based on the use of overwhelming power, dominant battlefield awareness, dominant maneuvers, and spectacular displays of force to paralyze an adversary’s perception of the battlefield and destroy its will to fight.
The key idea of shock and awake is that it is meant to “paralyze an adversary’s perception of the battlefield.” This doctrine was designed specifically for war and military battlefields, but that does not mean that it can’t be applied for other purposes, and in other circumstances. I view the 9/11 attacks as the ultimate demonstration of the shock and awe principle used against a society. Instead of being militarily or strategically paralyzed, the American people along with the press were mentally paralyzed. Their perceptions about terrorism and the larger battlefield of ideas were changed as a result of 9/11, which disabled them from thinking critically and asking questions about the attacks and the direction that their leaders were taking them.

When the government is ran by terrorists, shock is law. Nothing is out of bounds, not terrorist attacks, or mass murder, or grand deception. State terrorists love techniques that have shock value. The government terrorist attacks on 9/11 created the greatest shock in America, it was beyond anything that the tyrants in the White House could have asked for.

Government terrorism is not a surprising phenomena once you really begin to think about it. The military-industrial complex’s policy is to create terror and keep the people in shock, not provide security. If there was permanent security then they would be out of a job. Tyrants need to create a state of fear and a state of terror in order to justify their strong-arm tactics. The tyrants in the Bush administration, especially neocons like Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith, Richard Perle and others didn’t just want to change the perceptions of the American people and the world by an act of government terrorism, their aim was to create a state of terror.

The magic about government terrorism is that if you say that it is true and it exists then you’re judged as insane by people who are ignorant of the facts. Government is supposed to be the noble protector, not the barbaric savage, but sometimes reality doesn’t match our hopes and ideas about the world. It is a fact that the United States government is led by barbaric savages who were behind 9/11, and no rational, mature, informed, and sane person can deny this fact. Going up against facts is never a good idea. And it is childish to view people as crazy because they know more facts than you do.

It is no secret that America’s lying tyrants, whether they are neocons or plain old-fashioned realpolitik imperialists, regard the American people as their adversary, as sheep to be molded and led to their version of paradise. They are the anti-democrats of our age. They don’t believe in democratic participation, freedom, or the consent of the governed, but they wisely disguise themselves as supporters of democracy and freedom. C. Bradley Thompson, co-author of the book ‘Neoconservatism: An Obituary for an Idea,’ writes in his article “Neoconservatism Unmasked”:

The neoconservatives are the advocates of a new managerial state—a state controlled and regulated by a mandarin class of conservative virtucrats who think the American people are incapable of governing themselves without the help of the neocons’ special, a priori wisdom.
Thompson says that neoconservatism “share some common features with fascism.” The most frightening one to me is that “they advocate keeping the American people in an agitated state of permanent fear and loathing against internal and external threats,” and, “support a foreign policy of perpetual war in order to restore America’s national destiny and sense of greatness.” Tyrants always have noble goals, and the neocons are no different. They believe they are the best human beings in the world, and everybody else is wrong, stupid, or evil and barbaric. But they have more in common with Saddam Hussein, and other evil dictators that they want to overthrow and kill than anybody else in the world.

What makes Saddam and Gaddafi different from the barbaric tyrants who rule America is the way they talk, and kill. Gaddafi talks like a madman, whereas neocons use flowery language and the rhetoric of democracy and freedom. Saddam killed his enemies with machetes, knives and other barbaric weapons, but the American war machine uses modern technology like robotic drones and noble young men to do their killing. Though their styles are different, their thinking is not. All barbaric tyrants love power, and control over people.

The warhawks and tyrants of America like us to think that America and the West represents civilization and the rule of law, while dictators in the Middle East and countries like Iran represent barbarism and lawlessness. But a sharp divide doesn’t exist. Both the rulers of America and Iran are barbaric thieves and fundamentalist maniacs. Neither side is good. If World War Three is coming our way, we must speak out and protest now to stop it. We can’t sit back and try to rationalize a war that is totally irrational. Cheering for the tyrants of America and Israel in a future war against the tyrants of Iran is like cheering for Hitler and Mussolini against Stalin. Whichever side wins, mankind loses. Fascism and Communism were both evil; and the American empire, Zionism, and Islamic fundamentalism are all evil. In fact, the tyrants of America are way more barbaric and cruel because they have more power. America’s tyrants have nukes, something that the Iranian tyrants don’t currently have in their possession, and they are willing to use them in an all-out war if the time comes.

The best outcome that we can all hope for is that the civilized and informed people of America, Israel, and Iran will peacefully overthrow their corrupt and tyrannical governments before the damage done becomes irreversible. What the world needs is a world revolution, not another world war.

Eric Prydz - Call On Me

This may very well be the greatest video ever made in the history of music videos.

Enjoy.

Just watched Band of Brothers (the last five episodes)

From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother

Band of Brothers is some of the best filmmaking ever.

UPDATE: Tiger Woods, "I'm divorced and I have 2 kids."

You could probably disregard my previous rant.

Love him or hate, he keeps his life in perspective. He's playing less because he's has other responsibilities. Playing less means not dominating as much as he used to.

Tiger had 13 of the most triumphant years in the history of golf. People who expect more will just have to lower their expectations.

That's all you really have to know.

Mike Huckabee's "message" about Natalie Portman sends a "message" about Mike Huckabee

Let me first preface this by saying I think Mike Huckabee is a douchebag.

And, hasn't America had enough of douchebags, who get up on their high horse and preach down to the rest of us about morals-especially ex-politicians?

Just look at the state of America. ...debt, wars, inflation. ...all caused by authoritarian assholes who think they're better than us without really giving a shit about us.

Moreover, there's a few of us out here who love Natalie Portman. She's beautiful. She's a human being. She's struggling in the fucked up world just like the rest of us.

Does anyone have the Right to judge her-especially ex-political douchebags, who don't know her?

Before Huckabee climbed into his ivory tower, did he ever have sex before marriage? Have his thoughts been entirely pure? We'll probably never know for sure, but I guarantee you on some level the man is fucking hypocrite.
