My thoughts on this issue are simple. The
mandate dictate is unconstitutional. Mandate/Dictate...it's the same damn thing. If Obamacare stands, it means America has become a dictatorship.
I think if politicians want health insurance for Americans they need to create a Constitutional Amendment and send it through the Amendment process to get it approved. This would be the honorable way to go about it instead of trying to cram a mandate (2,000 pages written by a lobbyist) down the American people's throat
That Amendment should something along the lines of..."The American People have the Right to Healthcare." Then, Congress should explain in the Amendment how they plan to apportion the tax dollars necessary for every American to have Healthcare without raising taxes.
The other point about this issue is the fact that the IRS is bringing in over $2.5-trillion in taxes. What Congress is saying is that they can't find the money out of $2.5-trillion to spend on Healthcare.
In other words, 535 politicians who took in over $6-billion from special interests last year, decided it would be better to put a greater financial burden on people, who don't want to pay the private health insurance company's CEO's $8-million-dollar-a-year salaries.
This is why they mandate/dictate instead of fight for Rights.
They should all be fired/voted out-of-office.
