Weekly goals to strive for:

4 salads a week

2 runs a week (It doesn't matter how far)

Play golf 2 times a week (preferably walk one of those times)

Work out at least once

Fit in--tennis, flag football, kayak, kickball, or softball once a week.

(these are not rules, but they are, as stated, goals)
